1. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and issue refunds for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, accessories, manuals, or free gifts included.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation email) must be provided.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable number of days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is found to have been used, damaged, or altered in any way that affects its resale value.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your full name, contact number, order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. We will respond within 3 business days to confirm your request and provide further instructions.
  4. After receiving our approval, securely repackage the item and send it back to our return address.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (subject to the eligibility criteria above) and placing a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send clear photos or videos of the issue to cws_oneworld@outlook.com along with your order number. We will evaluate the issue and offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cws_oneworld@outlook.com with the subject “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.

Please note:

  • Cancellations requested after 12 hours from order placement may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Successful cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, we suggest:

  • Checking your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contacting your payment provider to verify processing times.
